There is in fact a Constitutional Duty that the Media does in fact have.

To hold the Government accountable - 

INCLUDE THE SPORTS MEDIA DUTY 

These various Duties of the Government, Media, Corporations, Citizens have been either changed, perverted, not carried out or forgotten.

We are here to put them back in - by first Notifying you of your Duty.

Government - YOU !     Have a Duty to  - - - - - - - -

Media - YOU !   Have a Duty to ------------------

Corporations - YOU !    Have a Duty to ----------------

Citizens - YOU ! Each and Every one of YOU !  Has a Duty to -------------

GOT IT  ?!    Good !

As a Government Official in Congress or the Senate at the Federal Level

Any other Federal Office

Any State Governor, Assembly member, Adminstrative Staff

Any County or City Council Member

Media Company employees and reporters - by nature of their job, have built in Duty and a Higher Purpose. the Media's Constitutional Job is to Hold the Government Accountable (at all levels) Investigate reporting.  This Duty also includes Investigating and Reporting on America Corporations and Control Influence and Authority Sectors (Universities, Teachers Union, Schools, Psychiatry, Psychology)

The Media Investigative Reporter has a highly important job - to hold the government accountable through investigative reporting.   If told by your boss to NOT investigate on key areas - you are going in the direction of Traitor to your country.

This IS what we have now in the Media - Ordered Non-Reporting on what is know to be wildly bad and destructive policy for America, its Citizens and Future.  Along with blatant false reporting or false prioritizing on other key American sectors. And of course the combo of  "Half-Talk, Half-Reporting, Half-Lie"  to Influence a sufficient amount of the No-Look citizens to make quick opinions and then act on those opinions by voting as an Ignorant and/or Emotional Voter.

In Sports Media we have a culture of avoid real life at all costs, its all Bread and Circuses, fun and entertainment. But when war hit in Iraq in 2002, sports shows immediately sang praise for the Military, cut out of the NCAA Basketball Tournament to cover the Start of the Iraq invasion, stopped staying Football players are warriors for 5-6 years.  And then after a while just go back to the "America the Usual" -  full time covering of Sports as if real life should not be reported on these shows.   Same occurred during the Pandemic in 2020.  Sports Media is a full time endeavor now, 24x7 on Radio and Television.  So the time must be filled with unimportant over emphasized Information.   

During a Time of war - Including a Cold War ! - promoting Bread and Circuses without a Balance of Ensuring and Keeping the Citizens of America notified of enemy activities - including the Top 5-10 Priorities of the Country - is intentionally keeping its citizens in the dark.  That is the activity of traitors.

Walk by other citizens on your weekend off, and take a deep breath knowing you are helping them through your particular offices Mission. Your particular Job.  Its a hell-uva feeling when you do it right.  And it will carry you through the tough times and the hard work

News Media

The news then covers this chaos, but as an observation, not a solution.  They do other news stories that show 'feeling', but still don't solve. Try to show community feeling, without showing stats of REAL suffering - addiction in its various forms.  Overdoses - of what and from where.  Shootings. Gang activity trends.  

Think about a typical US city - drugs, drug dealers, drug gangs, using guns to protect their turf resulting in Gun Homicides.  Drugs manufactured in the USA, or brought in from Mexico, Central America.  

Poor Public Schools

Poor Drug Rehab

Prisons 

No Criminal Rehab

Mental Health that can't define and doesnt try to Define the Mind.

Wouldn't these be worthy stories to Investigate - News Media ?  Investigate is your job.

Or 

Are you told - only do stories on these things.  Don't investigate those things.

Result: Very few solutions.  Trending chaos, crime, murder, gangs, drug culture.  All on the watch of the Local News Media.  

This certainly isn't Duty.  

And when you don't perform Duty - what you do instead is intentionally avoid Duty - via following orders to NOT investigate x - y - z - to keep your job.

Reporters and all staff of Media organizations just following Orders to keep their job.

Certainly some people don't know what duty is - but when you are a reporter and things are happening, and keep happening year after year, YOU KNOW what Duty is, and yet, the Investigative Reporter does nothing to change their own trend - of NOT investigating.  Which is Allowing The Bad Guys to Destroy.  And that gets into a zone of not only allowing the enemy to destroy, but helping them destroy.

When Duty isn't Performed - what is occuring ?

Avoidance - which becomes allowing the Enemy to own the playing field.

Blindness - so blind to the Bad Guys that you just turn and walk away and soon forget.

Such people still have strong opinions, and vote, yet are truly Unlit and Irresponsible.

Acting on Illegal Orders - Enemy Orders - ie doing Investigative reporting on "other" stuff, instead of the Priorities, because you were ordered to do so, and thus you, the investigative reporter, are HELPING the enemy disguise from the citizens what is truly going on.

Thomas Jefferson's famous quote - when asked if he would rather have Government with out the Media, or the Media without the Government, he chose the latter.  Because a Government without the Media watchdogging it - investigating it -and reporting to the citizens on the top priorities.  This would be performing their Duty all the way down the line - not for money - but to do the Right thing.

So - better not to have a Government at all, if the Media isn't performing their constitutional Duty to Investigate the Government and hold them accountable by reporting the investigations to the citizens who will vote.

And we have such a culture:

No Duty performed.  Duty intentionally not performed. Duty ordered to NOT be performed.

For Evil. For Money.  To keep true situations hidden.  To create more and more choas. To NOT Solve key sectors.

This is their game.  They are in Treason.

It is the Citizens job now to clean house on all News Organizations.  They serve the enemy and the ignorant, with their Sector pick and choose / ignoring - and pander to feelings instead of solutions.  Clean house - and reinstall people who will report on POLICY and the Top Priority which is Safety, and work their way down the priority list.

The news doesn't generally show trends - they focus on each new thing.  Not the last 10 years of the same thing occuring = THE TREND.  Trends get peoples attention and thus demand and put pressure on Govt to address with a solution. It is the model of the Media to only cover what gets attention, instead of to solve, that is a key part of this problem.  If the citizens knew the key priorities, and the long term trends of bad sectors, they would- as informed citizens, demands change.  The News Media is not performing their Duty.
